Guest Reviews & Ratings
I found the hotel to have great views, a lovely rooftop bar, and pool. It was clean and quiet, although a full-length mirror in the room would have been useful. The room was adequate for two people, but our bathroom sink constantly dripped, which was a bit annoying. Overall, a pleasant stay for just 2 nights.
The hotel had nicely decorated, clean, and spacious enough rooms, although a bit dated. The wifi worked well and was free, but our room wasn't ready when we arrived after 5 pm. The service was fantastic, especially from Malik, who was really friendly and helpful. The location was incredible, being a short walk from shopping, Chelsea market, and great restaurants, but it was deserted in the freezing February weather. The dining experience was excellent, particularly the Salmon Bene and Croque Bites, although there seemed to be a mix-up with the full breakfast payment. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel was located away from the hustle and bustle but close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom sink had a constant drip. The service was friendly and accommodating, offering a late check-out. The location was terrific, within walking distance to attractions like the High Line and Hudson River Park. Dining options were mixed, with some great choices but occasional noisy doors. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was filled with highs and lows. The rooms were filled with all sorts of products for sale, lacking warmth but offering phenomenal views from adjacent rooms thanks to the provided boom boxes. Service was extremely friendly and professional, although some amenities were missing. The location was fantastic, with a few cleanliness issues but great surroundings. The dining experience left much to be desired, with high prices and disappointing offerings.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit old-fashioned, including a dated bathroom setup. The service was a mixed bag, with some friendly and helpful staff but also a lackluster experience with room service. The location was a bit chaotic due to renovations but close to some lovely areas. The dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although with a great view, were pretty standard like most in NY. However, the provision of boom boxes in each room was a nice touch. The service was friendly, but some mishaps like taking away cocktails early affected the experience. The location was superb for exploring The City's historic charm, and the dining experience was underwhelming despite good city views. The facilities were average.
